Electromagnetic Brake Induction Motor 5.5KW

YEJA series AC electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor is a combination of Y2 series standard three-phase asynchronous motor and AZML series three-phase AC electromagnetic brake two parts. The product adopts power-off braking mode, and connects with the friction disc of the brake through spline, while fixing the electromagnet on the rear end cover of the motor. This series of products has passed ISO9001 system certification and CCC product certification.

Product features

1) The protection grade of this series of products has reached IP55.

2) The motor adopts IC411 (self-fan cooling) cooling method.

3) The AC brake has been carefully designed to install the brake in a fully sealed structural component when assembled with the motor, except for the live part which is enclosed in an epoxy housing. This can effectively prevent cotton yarn, paper scraps, sand, oil dirt, iron filings, powder and other debris into the brake interior, thereby extending the service life.

4) AC brake has the advantages of fast starting response, short braking time and reliable adjustable braking torque.

5) With a flexible manual release device, you can choose to self-lock or temporary hand wrench release (Figure 1 is the hand wrench mode).

6) AC brake and motor use the same power supply voltage, without AC/DC conversion, easy to use.

7) The motor insulation class is B or F, and the brake insulation class is F.

8) Use a two-position junction box, that is, the motor and brake use independent junction panels respectively.

9) The installation size and power level of the motor fully comply with JB/T6456 industry standards and IEC-72 international standards;

10) Model 63-71 is aluminum shell motor, model 80-160 can choose aluminum shell or cast iron shell motor, model 180 is cast iron shell.
